Sedu straightener or a CHI?

k, for christmas, my mom said that she would buy me a good straightener, and i wanted to make sure that its a good one. i want one that is top of the line, best seller, whatever gets veerrryyy hot, quickly heats up, is very durable, (lasts long) and maybe having a maximum price of 150dollars. I searched up "best hair straightener" and i got SEDU as a "best seller". it's 72 watts, and i think i gets as hot as 180-200 degrees. i dont know about a CHI but my cousin is a hair dresser and she has a CHI and she says its reeaally good, but i was wodnering if theyre is something even BETTER than a CHI, please put in links to websites that you may have looked at to answer this question!! thanks soo much! maybe hairstylists can help me with this too!! thanks a bunch! xox

Sedu straightener or a CHI?

The Sedu 1 1/2 inch is the best seller. It also lasts longer than the CHI, which breaks after about 8 months. The Sedu does cost more, about $120, and the CHI costs around $100. Iv'e used both and think that the Sedu is so much better. It's definitely worth the extra $20 because it won't break easily and it keeps hair very healthy. =)

DEFINITELY sedu!

Check this out:

^3300+ reviews .. mostly ALL positive. I have a Sedu hair straightener and it heaps up very quickly and straightens my hair so well. It's really good value for money and it's unbeatable in my opinion.

In case you're wondering, here are the reviews on CHI (same website):

http://www.folica.com/CHI_Ceramic_Fla_d6...

^400+ reviews with only a 4/5 rating whereas Sedu has reviewed a 4.5+/5 rating with over 3000 reviews. That says a lot.
