What is the best straightener for my hair?

i have thin hair. its not super thin, but it's more thin than thick. it's already mostly straight, but when i get out of the shower, it sometimes turns wavy. i have a conair, but want something with more power. i don't really want it to be over $100 dollars (i'm only 13, so i'm not the richest person in the world) [yet!]. but i was thinking a chi or paul mitchell. but i would appreciate your advice a lot! thanks!

What is the best straightener for my hair?

A CHI would be best for your hair. the ceramic plates prevent even thin hair from burning from heat. But condition ... all of them cause dryness.

i use the chi %26amp; i love it!

I have a Chi and it's AMAZING. It does tend to make my hair look thinner, though.

I would recommend the Chi for power, but if you're looking for something that won't make your hair look paper thin, then you might check out some other answers or get a Chi and use a volumizing shampoo.

What is the best straightener for my hair?

CHI or FHI which is a fake chi just make shure it is ceramic

What is the best straightener for my hair?

a conair one is good. its what i have %26amp; my hair isnt the thickest either

You don't have to invest in a really expensive straightener if you already have straight hair. Don't splurge on an expensive salon straightener when a Conair or Revlon straightener will give you similar results. They cost less than $20.

What is the best straightener for my hair?

I would with CHI

What is the best straightener for my hair?

well to start you want a ceramic straightner so your hair doesnt get as dry or damaged also you might want to spray some shiner or flat iron spary too and paul mithchel straightners are expensive well more than a 100 dollars anyway :)

What is the best straightener for my hair?

I've heard Chi straighteners we're very good, but I've never used one. I have a Sedu hair straightener, and it works extremely well. I have very thick, curly hair, and it gets my hair perfectly straight (my picture has straight hair and I used my straightener). My other friends also have the Sedu, and their hair is a lot thinner than mine and they absolutely love it.

You can get it here:

Here is a one inch. They also have 1 1/2 inch, but they work the same. It's a little over 100 dollars, but is definitely worth the money. I have had mine for over a year and it still works great :-)

And as everyone says, make sure you get a ceramic. They are better for your hair.

What is the best straightener for my hair?

Make sure you get a *ceramic* straightener.

The thinner the straightener is, the more control you have over it.

Most people I know have 1".

Chi and Baybliss work well. Baybliss is definitely less expensive than Chi, especially when it is on sale. I think you would be able to find one for under $100.

What is the best straightener for my hair?

you should get a chi ive had one for 5 years, i got mine when i was 15 so i wasnt very rich either. i got it off ebay for only 80 dollars. and it was brand new and works perfect

What is the best straightener for my hair?

I have hair that isn't super thin and isn't thick. I use a wet to strait one and i LOVE it!!!!!!!! I hope this helps

What is the best straightener for my hair?

i'm 13, i have a CHI straightening iron. it works really well, it doesn't damage your hair. but if you don't want to spend a 100 bucks on a flat iron.. you can go to target and look for some straighteners there. make sure the blades are ceramic. if i were you i would buy the bedhead brand.

What is the best straightener for my hair?

Chi's do not last long. They break way too easily. Don't waste your money, and don't listen to the one's that are telling you it's the best. Sedu is one of the best straighteners out there and it is only $100.

To purcase a Sedu at the cheapest price, go to Folica.com , scroll to the very top and click on Hair Styling. On the left hand side, there will be and A - Z brand list. Find Sedu, click on it, and everything else from there is self - explanitory.

For more information on a Sedu, you can go to sedubeauty.com.

I would also recommend using a 1 inch instead of 1 1/2 inch, because the 1 1/2 doesn't do curls very well.

It reaches 410 degrees, with tempature control. CHI doesn't have tempature control, which means if the set tempature is too high, it could fry your hair. For thin hair, you would need to use the 250 degree.

Celebrites have nice hair, and they don't use CHI, they use Sedu. Go to beautyriot.com and look at many Sedu Hairstyles. they are under the catagaory, Sedu Hairstyles. All hairstyle websites have something caled Sedu Hairstyles.

Good luck!
