Best flat iron for bleached white hair?

I'm going to be getting my hair bleached to white, and my hair dresser said it would be best if I didn't flat iron my hair, or used a very low setting. The problem is that I have a CHI with only 1 temperature.

well CHIs are the best because they are ceramic, you definitely do not want a cheap one, honestly i would just use the chi and dont let it get to hot, like use it as soon as you turn it on because they heat up so fast, just lightly go over your hair, do not hold the flat iron on for a while or even just do certain areas, depending on your hair, flat iron just what really needs it.. also make you use a REALLY good serum on your ends.. they always get the worst when you bleach it...
