閳?WHiCH iS BETTER FOR YOUR HAiR?

A low heat non-ceramic straightener or a CHi ceramic straightener. I know the CHi is better for straightening but I'm asking which one would be best on your hair. Thanks 閳?br>閳?WHiCH iS BETTER FOR YOUR HAiR?

Ceramic protects hair

Ceramic straighteners do help to protect the hair by sealing in moisture and natural oils.Obviously heat on the hair is bad for it in any form but the ceramic coating does do less damage.

There is a new type of straightener which claims to have ion-ic technology whatever the heck that means which claims to actually condition the hair whilst it straightens,i.e the hotter the straightener the better the condition your hair is.Im not sure if i would entirely trust that but many salon brands state that is the case.

You can minimise the heat styling damage by applying straightening balms and leave in conditioners prior to straightening. If you also have coloured hair its best to use a hair masque or intensive conditioner at least twice a week as this helpd to nourish hair.***

THE CHI!!!!!! THATS THE REASON THEY ARE ABOUT $150! first of all the ceraimic is better for your hair and chi is ceraimic. low heat is better for your hair but the chi has this thing that can get hot w/out damaging your hair much. and it also takes less time 2 straighten your hair too

Chi is best. Low heat in the end will be bad for your hair.

Ionic (I forget if they negatively or positively charge the ions) basically "antistatic" reducing and/or eliminating flyaway and frizz. There are also Ionic blow dryers and curling irons as well.
