Do CHI's have a year warranty or a lifetime warranty? Is it different if you buy it from a store like Target, or if you buy it from your hair stylist?
I just bought mine and I got it from my hair stylist. She said it had a lifetime, but the last iron I had it only a year! LOL! Help me out! Thanks!

You should be able to return the chi iron to the salon where it was purchased and get a replacement and if they refuse then I would change salons and then contact chi directly for a replacement
