Hair advice pronto!! If I was going to use the CHI iron to straighten my hair...?

what products do I need? My hair is thin and wavy. Sometimes when I use my straightner (con-air) it does give me good results. BUT when I go outside My ends get frizzy and everything just falls apart. What kind of products can I use to not have any frizz or flyaway problems?

first make sure your hair is in good condition.....if you have dry hair, its going to cause flyaways and get frizzy faster.....do a deep conditioner every other week.....since ur hair is thin use a spray leave in conditioner after regular washing. then use a spray shine, instead of drops, spray is much lighter, before you flat iron. then when all your hair is straight, spray a bit of shine on your hands, rub them together and run your hands over your hair.

Since the CHI is a super-hot iron you cant just use regular styling products with it. They have a line that is made for your hair, I suggest using the heat protective spray/lotion. And you will need a fortefying shampoo and conditioner.

use a product made for heated related styling, then follow the straitening w/ a pomade fiber and only use it on the ends. If you want an edgy look, try texturizing the ends, which will give you the edgy look you're wanting

I have the CHI and i use Biosilk silk therapy and i LOVE IT!! CHI has their own styling products. They have a heat protectant serum that also works very well.
